We are not a cut and dry agency - once your project is complete we continue to make ourselves available to  you. If you ever have questions or need changes, we are happy to help! We also offer a wide variety of monthly marketing retainers to fit your needs, whether it’s website maintenance, social media, etc..

We begin each Web design process with a consultation call, where we discuss your current brand ethos and future business goals. Once the contract is reviewed and signed, we then begin the Onboarding process. Lead by Alexis and including planning tools such as Clickup and Google Drive, we collaborate to set project deadlines. We then ask you to complete a brand questionnaire and create inspo boards, which give us a better sense of your brand identity. Following these branding exercises, we have a team call to discuss the website vision/design and finalize the remaining planning timeline. At this stage, you’ll work with our in-house Copywriter to finalize website verbiage and then upload all website content (photos, products, product images, etc.) to Clickup/Google Drive. Once we have all of your materials, we then design your website! When the new website is ready to go, we’ll regroup on a team call to review the design/layout together. Following this call, our team makes any edits and revisions within a week, and then your site is ready for launch! Congrats!

Following this call, our team creates three unique brand concepts that capture your brand identity. Each concept includes typography, a primary logo, a secondary logo, and a color palette. We’ll then regroup on a team call to review these brand concepts together and make any revisions. Once your team approves the final concept, we put together a complete brand style guide and provide you with all of your brand files. Then, your new branding is ready for launch. Congrats!
